Staff was GREAT. Very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions about the area and the hotel. Front desk staff when we checked in was the biggest help.

House keeping seemed over whelmed and the rooms could have been cleaner. They were quick to replenish towels and whatever else we asked for with a smile.

Surprising Comforts Await

Waking up to a good breakfast spread was unexpected! The staff remained cheerful despite a busy morning. The room was fresh and inviting.

The pool and pool area were nice.

Half the jets in the jacuzzi in the room didn't work. There was only water in my shampoo bottle.The room only had 1 towel and 1 washcloth for a king size room. Our room locked us out and had to go back to the desk to have the card reset. Hair all over the bathroom floor. The refrigerator wasn't cold.

There wasn't 1 thing I liked or enjoyed!

Staff, filthy rooms, the fact that Raaj asked my husband if he could find drugs for him.

The room fell short on cleanliness standards, with a mini fridge that had standing water and a TV displaying a distracting line through the screen. Breakfast options were underwhelming, mostly limited to toast and cereal. Not particularly satisfying after a long night's travel. My experience left me feeling that the value didn't match the price, especially considering other hotels in the area offer better accommodations for less.

Good location and nice amenities.

Cleanliness of room was poor. It was not swept, cigarette butts strewn about. Bed was not made and furniture was dirty.

Greatly enjoyed our stay in this quiet hotel with the AMIABLE staff. They gave us good-sized room with a working jacuzzi.

Pleasant Room but Needs Attention to Detail

Very unpolite staff!

Room was not clean. Couldn't use spa tub because dirty. Asked for wake up call never received one. Wifi didnt work the whole time I was there. Would not recommend to anyone.

Plus, being just a short drive to the Golf Club at Stonelick Hills made our day out even better!

In my kids' opinion, having food or drinks in the pool area would be great.

Everything, but the worst thing was the cleanliness, or rather lack of. Stained sheets, stained towels, dead bugs on the vanity, hair on the toilet, the bed looked as if it had been done and then someone had lied on it afterwards. I would never stay there again, or recommend it to anyone

Easy location to find.

Poor staff customer service, room not very clean, breakfast not great, got the wrong room.

The renovated rooms were great, and I loved the pancake machine at breakfast. However, the swimming pool was still closed which was disappointing. Would stay again.
